CAPARO T1 is the product of CAPRO VEHICLE TECHNOLOGIES, an arm of BRITSH CONGLOMERATE CAPARO, which is owned by Lord Swaraj Paul and CEO Angad his son who is behind this ultimate car CAPARO T1.
When we look at different sports coupe we often hear that this car have this or that part of technology from the F1 cars or inspired by F1 cars. But what we come to know about the CAPARO T1 is that it simply is an F1 car.

More precisely it can be said that if we add head lights, indicator lights and a bit space on body for the number plate to a F1 car we obtain similar thing like CAPARO T1.

CAPARO T1 is designed for just one thing that is to go fast. It has a 3.5-liter V8 engine which develops 575 bhp. This can be found in many other cars then what is special in CAPARO T1, secret is that it weighs 550 kg which develops 575 bhp. Well this means that CAPARO T1 produces 1000 bhp for each ton of body mass, this is awesome. If we talk about it breakings let me tell you that it can come down from 160 kilometer per hour to zero under ten seconds .That is what exactly all the speed freaks wish to have in there sports cars.

If we compare CAPARO T1 to BUGGATI VEYRON which is world’s fastest street car which produces mega 987 bhp and can easily cross 400 kilometer per hour barrier. But what is its power to weight ratio a mere 522 bhp per tone. That’s al most half in comparison to CAPARO T1 which have power to weight ratio of 1000 bhp for each ton of the body .After comparing to BUGGATI VEYRON there is no need to search some other machine for comparison.

CAPARO T1 produces enough down force to let you drive upside down in a tunnel .Amazed to hear all that, well this had to happen because people behind development CAPARP T1 are Ben Scott Geddes , Graham Halsted (they are the engineers with McLaren F1 on their CV) and most importantly Gorden Murray (the father of the McLaren F1) as consultant .
This car have no features like air conditioner or high bass music system even doors are missing .Its simply designed to go fast in true F1 spirit.

CAPARO T1 have a price tag of US$350,000.Company had decided to make CAPARO T1 in limited numbers and they might produce only 75 examples of it.

The Koenigsegg CCGT is a one of the racing car made by the Swedish car manufacturer Koenigsegg. Made its debut appearance in Geneva motor show, the CCGT is designed to compete the in the grand tour categories of sports racing.

It’s very rare to see that u have to de-tune the road car to comply with ACO and FIA GT1racing regulations but the Koenigsegg CC8S, CCR AND CCX are far from the ordinary cars. By race car standards the CCGT has very short length and height, remaining faith full to road going relatives. While this may not produce the down force, the CCGT design is focused on agility and balance, making it a real ‘drivers’ car. This is in contrast to machines racing today and is sure to provide an exiting addition to future competition.

To make the car as light as possible, the CCGT features a chassis built from carbon fiber, Kevlar and aluminum honeycomb material. The chassis draped with body composed of carbon fiber and Kevlar.

Final weight checked in at flyweight2204 lbs (1000 kg),a full 100kgs under minimum weight requirement set by FIA. 100kg of ballast was strategically placed around the chassis to promote the optimum balance and weight distribution .This provides Koenigsegg a huge advantage over the competitors so many of them struggle to 11ookg minimum.

In a road going form, the latest DOHC V8 engine of the CC lineup displaces 4.7 liters and features a twin-centrifugal super charger design. For CCGT, the engine displacement has been increased to 5.0 liters and internals have been heavily modified to suit natural aspirations.

Breathing through the mandated 30.8mm air-intake restrictors, the engine produces in excess of 600 horsepower.

A transaxle co –developed by Koenigsegg and cima features sequential straight cut gears all housed in a light weight magnesium case. The massive carbon brakes with 6-piston calipers are supplied by specialist AP racing, and power is put to the road via Koenigsegg magnesium wheels shod by Michelin slicks.

However the race engine is developed in house in parallel with the production units by Koenigsegg engineers, supported by Andre’s hog Lund from cargine engineers and JP Motor sport but the refinement of CC into CCGT is a great job done by Koenigsegg CCGT (competition coupe GT) team, headed by Dag Bolenius.

So the all new Koenigsegg CCGT is loaded with the best features a GT car can have and we can expect many podium from this beast this season.
