It has been recorded as the fourth largest automobile manufacturer of the world and undisputed king on the American roads for long decades. Ford ahs rolled out models from time to time. The Focus from Ford is Britain’s favourite family hatchback. Ford emerged as one of the biggest automobile maker of the US with the Focus. Ford has created the ultimate family car, which is not only affordable but has a car with refined design and functional elegance that provides a look that’s solid and well crafted.
The Focus combines responsiveness, comfort and safety of the traveller by providing a car that offers driving thrills in a practical and stylish package. Since 1998, the Focus has been the biggest selling car in Britain almost every year.
Ford launched the Focus model in 1988. It was introduced to replace the Ford Escort. And like Escort, its predecessor, Focus became the UK’s best selling car in short time. The Ford Focus succeeded in setting new standards of build quality and driving ability in its class when it was launched first. Focus was Ford’s first in the line of “new edge” vehicles that is the cars featuring modern, angular lines.
Ford introduced the new version of Focus in 2005, which is the improved version of the car’s already-excellent driving experience. It is Stiffer-bodied, along with a longer wheelbase and is wider than the outgoing model, the rear legroom, luggage space and ride quality was also all improved.
The Ford Focus is available in the highly competitive market as a hatchback estate, a four-door saloon or a folding metal roofed coupe-cabriolet. There are available more than ten versions of Ford Focus in forms of sporty ST to the green biofuel-powered FFV models, the drop top Focus CC and the Focus-based C-Max MPV. Today’s Focus brands include the Studio, Style, ECOnetic, Zetec, Titanium and ST.
