Mazda RX-8: Eco Friendly Car

Mazda RX-8: Eco Friendly Car

Mazda, the Japanese automaker will top the automobile market in a couple of months. Thanks to their new plan to launch the RX-8 hybrid model. Right now, Mazda has a strong clout only in Europe aside from the primary consumer market of Japan. Europe will have the privilege of employing the services of the RX-8. Mazda is planning to initiate the utilization of bio-plastic which can be drawn from plants. Bio-plastic has outstanding properties which bring beneficial role in the success of the RX-8. In its efforts to fight against

earth destruction, bumper salvaging was established to avoid additional trash in landfills. These salvaged bumpers will be utilized for newer models including the RX-8 model.

In near future, Mazda will present to the masses the beneficial contribution that hydrogen vehicle brings. The Japanese car maker will hire to take a primary seat in vehicle acquisition as a practical solution to economical issues. With the alternative application between hydrogen and gasoline, the fuel problem will hopefully be eliminated.

All vehicle owners and nature enthusiasts will get a chance to witness and participate in the launching of this exceptional car that will probably top the industry. Mazda is planning an exhibition Stavanger, Norway. The timing goes together with the launching of their first hydrogen filling station. You can view and scrutinize the Mazda RX-8 there because it is going to be displayed as well.

Since the introduction of popular RX-8 Hybrid in Europe, the availability of its auto parts is not yet determined. It is hoped that Mazda would see to it that spare parts are made available should the need for them arises. Any how, with Mazda contract hires, there will be no worries as to its servicing. Mazda leasing will also take care of the maintenance and the availability of needed parts. Fuel cost wise, leasing and hiring may increase the monetary resources. This will give a chance not only to determine the financial budget, but also to save and at the same time maintaining the good condition of the vehicle.

Launched for Rallying; Expanded to Europe

Launched for Rallying; Expanded to Europe

Mitsubishi, the Japanese automaker launched Lancer Evolution in 1992 originally to give it a path into the World Rally Championship’s Group A class and the SCCA Pro rally Championship. In the beginning Evolution was only for sale in Japan originally and was crafted on the standard Mitsubishi Lancer saloon.

The car soon made a crossing to the European borders to enter the import market as a prized grey-market import. Mitsubishi realized the interest quickly and paved the way for official imports

to the UK in 1998. The very first model of Lancer Evolution had a 5 speed gearbox and a powerful 2.0 litre engine, brought together with a four wheel drive system. This car could bump out 244bhp which was pretty meaty stuff for a saloon.

The Lancer Evolution was built alongside the more family orientated Lancer Saloon. It soon evolved as a cult classic and developed respect amongst speed freaks and rally drivers alike. The Evolution IX was launched in 2006. It was the last box edged Evo off the production line before the newer model was introduced. The Mitsubishi Evolution IX came out with more improvements over the original with a new lightweight aluminium roof and a carbon fibre rear wing that was larger for better weight distribution and corner handling. The engine still was a 2.0 litre turbo with variable valve control, and really kicked in with 345 bhp controlled by a 6 speed sports box. The Evo was had an easy to handle feature that made it easy for rally drivers. The Evo was probably one of the best handling sports saloons ever made.

Even though the car’s looks have been pretty updated; it is still in tradition with the Evolution of old. This model from Mitsubishi just had a nip and tuck to remain pretty.
