Ford, the all time leader of the American automobile market brought out a couple of striking models in the 1960’s and 70’s. This was with an aim of burnishing the total performance image of 428 Cobra Jet that was introduced in the year 1968. It was in the year 1969, Ford, the fourth largest car manufacturer in the world brought out an inveigling car, Ford Boss 302, from the Detroit plant. Is driving an easy job? Well, for many, driving is a pleasure, a hobby or a passion. But, we should not close our eyes towards the reality that road accidents take more lives than any other accidents. The American roads are notorious for the road accidents which takes thousands of lives every year. Most of them comprise of passenger car accidents. If taken a close look, it could be seen that the maximum accidents are caused because of the mistake of the drivers. Yes in some cases the pathetic road conditions also have a role.
Driving should never be taken as a simple job. Never should indulge in driving with a careless attitude. Proper care is a must to avoid accidents. There do exist a lot of standard driving rules that if followed will bring down the number of road mishaps. Brining the accident toll is the responsibility of every driver including me and you.
Proper servicing and checking of the cars must be done every month. Maintaining a proper schedule for car servicing is just one among the preventive measures. Checking of the front and rear mirrors of the car from time to time is a must as it will , give a clear view of the front and back of the vehicle, whereby fatal accidents can be avoided.
Drinking and driving never goes well hand in hand. You will have to choose one among them. The influence of alcohol or drugs brings down the judgmental powers which may cause serious and fatal accidents. A driver should always take care of the distance between two vehicles to avoid collision. Another common behaviour among the drivers is attempting to reach for something while driving. This must be avoided as there are chances of him losing the control over the vehicle. Never should one indulge in road rage issues as it may also lead to undesirable incidents. Remember, life is in your hands while dealing with steering wheels. If takes the car with a cool and calm mind and has complete concentration on it, then sure you are on the safe side.

Mitsubishi, the Japanese automaker enjoys an undisputed space in the hearts of the car makers. Thanks to the designed looks and sophisticated features that the various models from the lineage of Mitsubishi played from time to time. The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution made its entry into the automobile market in 1992 giving Mitsubishi a path into the World Rally Championship’s Group A class and the SCCA Pro rally Championship. In the beginning, the Evolution was only for sale in Japan.
Mitsubishi crossed the European borders to make an impact there in 1998. The first county where Mitsubishi made its entry first was in the UK, where the vehicle was received by car lovers with wide enthusiasm.
The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution in its firs version had a 5 speed gearbox and a powerful 2.0 litre engine, along with a four wheel drive system. This magnificent car could bump out 244bhp which was pretty excellent stuff for a saloon.
The Mitsubishi Evolution was built alongside the more family orientated Lancer Saloon. Its capacity to handle power made the model a cult classic. It developed respect amongst speed freaks and rally drivers alike. The car made a heavy hike in sales taking the gross revenue to big heights. The next version, the Evolution IX was launched in 2006. Then came out the Evolution IX, added with many new improvements over the original model. The car had a new lightweight aluminium roof and a carbon fibre just over 4.2 seconds, making it one of the best model car in the competitive market. The Evo was widely accepted by the car users, as it was easy to handle smoothly in rough conditions. No model in the contemporary market would be able to match with this car from Mitsubishi. rear wing that is larger for better weight distribution and corner handling.
Just a test drive of this car will make a thing sure. It is not a mere fluke that Mitsubishi is the lord on the roads.

Seat belts are safety features of a vehicle that reduce the chances of getting injured in accidents. Hence, the proper functioning of seat belts becomes crucial. A major head injury can be avoided by wearing seatbelts, negligence of which results in death due to the severe head injury. Here are some features of a malfunctioning seat belt which should not be ignored.
Retractor failure: The retractor mechanism of seat belt locks during an accident which in turn keeps the seat belt from feeding out. If this mechanism fails to function, slacks are created in the belt which leads to malfunctioning of the seat belt, ultimately leading to severe injuries.
Protruding release button: Under normal driving conditions, a release button that sticks out from the buckle can be easily pressed by just giving a gentle bump. If this is the case, then the passengers should know that they are no longer protected and it is high time that the seat belts are replaced.
Defects in the design: Some seat belts work in an unsafe manner due to their mere design. Such seat belts should be immediately replaced because they are not safe.
Automatic belts: Many cars are now equipped with automatic seat belts. These seat belts automatically move into place the moment you get in and close the door. This is to make sure that you are wearing seat belts. However, automatic belts come with a shoulder strap without a lap belt. This makes the automatic seat belts dangerous. Moreover, the door belts can cause ejection from the car if the door comes open during a crash.

Watch this video of a very callous yellow car driver; you enters a motor way without even looking at the traffic. The bus driver, on the other hand, tries to avoid a crash, but ends up skidding and toppling because the road is too wet. Readers, please drive carefully as a person’s, mistake can cause the life of many innocents
