Mazda-CX-7: Always fine for Long Journeys

Mazda-CX-7: Always fine for Long Journeys

Mazda is the Japanese automobile maker that enjoys a prominent space in the automobile market around the world. As being one of the leading car brands in the world, Mazda enjoys a history of producing stylish, reliable cars. The CX-7 is the latest model from Mazda. As a family wagon it has space, style, safety and performance in spades.

The styling is a refreshing change from the many bland offerings in today’s SUV market. It has the turbocharged 2.3 litre four cylinder engine which is strong, and most

will find that it has ample power to cope with most conditions. It also provides performance strong enough to negate the need for a larger V6 engine. The engine is pretty much free of the usual turbo lag.

The CX-7 feels very sedan like, with direct steering, good turn-in and a lack of body roll when compared to many of it’s direct competitors.

The riding of CX-7 is firm but well controlled, and the only major irritant.

The CX-7 is not a huge SUV. But the occupants are well catered for and will find sufficient space for a family of five and their luggage. The SUV has front seats that guarantee good support and range of adjustment, and the overall impression of the interior is one of quality.

The equipment levels of this model are good. It includes Cruise Control, AM/FM/CD audio with automatic level control.

CX-7 is excellent for annual trips as it offers a good size, versatile luggage space. By folding the rear seats down, you will have around 60 cubic feet.

The vehicle has an elegant fuel consumption listed at 17MPG city and 22MPG highway, which may of course vary depending on road conditions and driving style. If you are searching a car that must suit your desires, then of course CX-7 from Mazda is the best choice.

Mazda Tribute: The Royal Effort by Ford and Mazda

Mazda Tribute: The Royal Effort by Ford and Mazda

The new Mazda Tribute can be called as an excellent example of a jointly developed vehicle that truly shines. Mazda has taken care to manufacture it on the same platform that underpins the Mazda 626. Tribute was designed by teams of Mazda and Ford designers who also developed the Ford Escape and the Mercury Mariner. Among the three models, Mazda Tribute is the cheapest. It also features a sportier suspension.

Mazda launched Tribute in 2001. When it originally made its debut the SUV had a 2.0L I4

engine with an optional 3.0L V6 engine. Tribute was also available in front and all wheel drive, the small SUV was slotted in as the brand’s smallest SUV. This SUV from Mazda, the Japanese leading name in the automobile market has a seating capacity for five passengers. The interior room offers abundant space for a small SUV. Flexible rear seating and an abundant cargo area successfully provide plenty of carrying room with five storage areas within reach of the front passenger. A premium four-speaker 100-watt AM/FM/CD audio system comes standard with upgraded sound systems ensures high quality entertainment. Power windows and doors as well as keyless entry are standard.

The Tribute has a sports base 2.3L I4 engine, though there are reports that the 2.5L I4 now found in the Escape will soon become available in the Tribute. The engine delivers more horsepower, better torque, and even improved fuel economy. Transmissions of this SUV also offer a five speed manual transmission and a four speed automatic. Electric power assisted rack and pinion steering is standard.

It also has a standard roof rack of 16-inch alloy wheels and privacy glass. The rear liftgate window swings high and out of the way, allowing even a tall person to access the cargo area or place items inside. It is no doubt that the SUV will rule the roads in coming days.
