 Mitsubishi, Japanes automaker launched its Pajero model in 1973 targetting an expansion of its car market. The SUV was named after Leopardus pajeros, the Pampas Cat which inhabits in southern Argentine. The SUV adopted different names in different markets ath the time of debut for marketing tactics. While known as Mitsubishi Montero in Spain, and the America, except Brazil, it is called mitsubishi Shogun in the UK. The success of Pajero, Montero and Shogun made Mitsubishi to bring out new models like Pajero Mini kei car, Pajero Junior, and Pajero Junior and Pajero iO/Pinin.
Mitsubishi launched the first model Pajero at the Tokyo Motor Show in Novem,ber 1973 and the Pajero II prototype came out in 1978, five years later. From time to time Pajero underwent serious afce lifts. They were restructuired and remodelled by the Japanese car maker to suit the growing user demands.
The second generation Pajero by Mitsubishi came out in 1991. In the eighties, more than three hundred thousands of Pajeros were sold out around the world. The redesigning of the model was done by the beginning of the nineties to add up th sales.
The second generation model came out with completely restrutured sytyle. It had a new, larger body, available in four different versions; Metal Top, Canvas Top Convertible, Semi High Roof Wagon and High Roof Wagon. The second generation Pajero also carried Super Select 4Wdand multimode ABS, a first attempt on Japanese four wheel drives.
Mitsubishi added two power plants in July 1993, including a a 3.5 liter 24-valve DOHC with ECI-Multi and a 2.8 liter turbocharged diesel with an intercooler. Again the next remodelled Pajero Evolution came out from Mitsubishi in 1997. The third generation Pajero rolled out in 1999, a vehicle completely redesigned, inside and out with lower, wider stance. The car had a fuel tank strategically placed between the axles assuring full safety. In 2006, the next generation came fout from the lineage of Mitsubishi with astonishing exteriors and interiors enhancing safety with dual-stage SRS front airbags as well as new side-impact and curtain airbags. This model was also received whole heartedly by the car lovers around the world. The car lovers are looking forward for the next models as they expect much-much advanced technology from Mitsubishi.

The Mitsubishi Outlander is a compact crossover sport utility vehicle which was launched in North America at the 2001. Since its launching in the North American International Auto Show, the vehicle was in heavy demand among the car lovers. .

The chassis has a rigid unibody structure. The steering and suspension system plus the all-wheel drive system option ensures car-like handling and performance making it easy for the driver to handle. It is these remarkable features that made the Mitsubishi Outlander a favourite model among the car lovers.
The Mitsubishi Outlander carries all sophisticated safety features that assures the safety of the driver to the full extend. With its rigid structure and balanced suspension layout, the new Rondo 7 minimizes body roll, reduces tyre-generated road noise and ensures negligible noise intrusion into the passenger or luggage compartments.

 No other car has the good fortune of being seen in so many music videos. The Cadillac is stunning in its looks and grand in its style. The style icon of bling and oppulance is what the Cadillac Escalade is. Named after the founder of the city of Detroit. Cadillac; its symbol is the Cadillac family coat of arms. Cadillac. A member of the General Motors family. It has led the way in the automobile industry in technology and style for over 100 years. The extended Cadillac Escalade is called the ESV. It is an 8-passenger Luxury SUV. It has a 6.2-liter, V8 with 403-hp.
Its style is unique from any other SUV. Chiseled and wearing more body bright work. The in-your-face face leads the way with a grinning, egg crate grille, set between wedgy, vertical headlamps. The windshield takes on a more laid back attitude, while just below, the fenders have sprouted a pair of vent ports. Escalade seats six.  This version of the Land rover is almost similar to the 2002 edition of Range Rover, the difference being that the newest version looks like its exercised twin. It is indeed a more athletic version of the Range Rover, aimed mainly at the BMW X5 and Porsche Cayenne customers. A V8 petrol engine and V6 diesel version, we have a stronger Land Rover. The engines weigh a massive two and a half tones, though the car remains stable. The V6 can reach a 0-6 in 11.9 seconds with 190 bhp while the 4.4 V8 will o the same in 8.8 seconds.
This SUV is built to perform well on road and of the road as well. A car that can carry five adults and is a comfortable drive, has remarkably subdues engine noise. It is a very safe car with airbags and emergency brakes. It is more reliable than its previous versions and can indeed be marketed as one of the best cars(SUV’s) on the road. This is like a dream to the Land Rover fans, but to the ones who have never given it a thought, this car will make them think again about a Rover.

 The Cadillac has been considered by many, as the “family car” especially for buyers who are looking for an upscale family car that is actually a fun drive. Although there have been instances of people naming it a station wagon, every Cadillac marketer would want to call it “luxury utility vehicle” and I do agree with this phrase.
The new 2008 Cadillac SRX V8 SUV is a midsize SUV, which offers good performance. To add to this, it has comfortable interiors and is considered by many as the best Cadillac in decades. As you can expect from a Cadillac this car also provides you with luxury along with a ‘safety lid’. It is enjoyable to drive and it is a “solid all round performer” as quoted by Forbes.
Although many do not like the exterior, Cadillac lovers will love what they make and it sticks to the design it had originally come up with minor changes. This luxury SUV is available for the buyers with a choice of a 260-horsepower 3.6-liter V6 or a 320-hp 4.6-liter V8. It also has a rear-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive format, which makes it pretty versatile. All in all, it is a car, which will make you enjoy your drive.
